Indian Army Builds Memorial for soldiers martyred in Galwan Clash

The Indian Army has developed a remembrance in the honor of twenty fighters who lost their lives in the Galwan Clash between the Indian Army and the Chinese Army in June 2020 in the Shyok-Daulat Beg Oldi street. The remembrance contains the names of the officers and they have been referenced as "Gallants of Galwan".

Foundation of the Clash 

The stalemate between the Indian Army and Chinese Army goes back to 1962 when both the armed forces got occupied with a war. The War prompted the loss of Aksai jawline district to China. From that point onward, both the armed forces generally get in to minor conflicts along the Line of Actual Control. In the arrangement, A vicious conflict rose in June 2020 in the Galwan valley. Indian side lost 20 Indian officers while the Chinese side endured a loss of around 35 fighters. The India Army finished the mission under the "Activity Snow Leopard". 

Activity Snow Leopard 

Under Operation Snow Leopard groups are conveyed on high height mountains. The fighters sent there are the fighting masters who are kept arranged. They are entrusted to involve statures and secure the flexible lines in a counter to Chinese hostility. 

Why China is forceful in the area?
